The Class of 2015 started off with a bang this morning. The class was dressed in tie dye, feathers, glasses, beads, high socks, arm bands, and exotic colors from head to toe. The excitement didn’t stop there; they brought their loudest voices, silly string, and whistles, to aid them in leaving their mark on Charles Street this morning as they paraded around to downtown Westborough.
When the large number of students made it to the WHS turf, they formed they “15 shape”. As they stood there cheering a drone flew over head taking their class picture. The Class of 2015 was the first class to have their picture taken that way.
The senior breakfast was delicious; there was a wide variety of food for the students to enjoy before heading off to their classes. The selections consisted of scrambled eggs, sausages, home fries, muffins, and everyone seemed very satisfied.
This day would not have been such a success without classmate senior Rachel Ziegler. On August 19 she was kind enough to have the class of 2015 over to continue the annual tie dye tradition. A ton of people from the class came out to have fun.
According to senior Brendan Shunney, “I had a great time and got to tie dye a shirt and socks that came out great!”
The 2015 class officers helped pull off an amazing morning for the rest of their classmates and hope to keep the class spirit going for the rest of the year.
