With summer right around the corner and temperatures rising, nothing compares to a delicious Dairy Queen blizzard. In 2016, DQ has found a way to improve on the nearly perfect ice cream creation, known as the blizzard. I know, I know, many people must be wondering, “How can Dairy Queen possibly make a blizzard any more heavenly?” To those skeptical people, I am here to tell you all about DQ’s newest addition to the menu, the ROYAL blizzard!

As of right now there are three options for the royal blizzard (which are likely to change at any point in time). One of which was the oreo royal blizzard, which is one I personally tried. Not only will the customer receive a delicious oreo blizzard, but, the blizzard will now contain one of three desirable fillings in the middle. The royal oreo blizzard will contain a fudge center, while the moose tracks royal blizzard will have marshmellow, and the cheesecake royal blizzard, a strawberry filling.

If you had not yet had the chance to try DQ’s new Royal blizzard I encourage you to do so. A normal medium DQ blizzard is $4.09 and a medium royal blizzard is $4.78! Wow! That’s a steal if you ask me. Please try one of DQ’s three royal blizzards, I promise you won’t regret it!
