Homecoming has come and gone but Student Council most certainly has not lost its momentum. Pumpkin for Your Pupmkin is underway and council members are selling pumpkin bags of candy corn for one dollar at lunch. Students may buy these for friends or their “pumpkin” and they will be delivered to their classrooms. Make sure to check it out tomorrow at lunch.
Council is also planning many other fall spirited events: members will rake leaves for the elderly and sick over the first two weekends in November. Freshman Meredith Wolpert is also planning a winter themed dance at the senior center for senior citizens in the community. There are so many events in the works, so make sure to ask a student council member about what’s coming up.
