The varsity girls soccer team’s regular season came to a close two weeks ago, finishing with a record of 8-0-6.

The team began with playing two games in the Central Massachusetts Athletic Director Association tournament (CMADA) first against Tantasqua, where they faced their first loss of the year 1-2. Next, the girls soccer team played Nashoba who they beat 1-0.

The Rangers then moved onto the state tournament where they lost to Holliston 1-2.

Junior on varsity Sophie Boyd stated, “I wish we could have gone farther, as last year’s playoffs were the highlight of the season to me. It was a disappointing end to a great season.”
