Lux Nails, based in Northborough offers services of all kinds. One of the most popular is the dip manicure. Dip is where you dip your nails into a powder, and then seal it with a clear sealant. This is a longer lasting treatment, and can sometimes last up to a month without being chipped. 

To make an appointment you simply call and state when you would want to be seen. They then book the appointment. Upon arrival, when I first walked in I was greeted by two nice young women sitting at the front desk. After telling them my name, I was able to pick a color. 

When asking for a specific design, I showed them a picture and they were able to do it easily. Throughout the appointment, there was not much you could do, so I would recommend going with a friend(s) as it does get quite boring sitting alone, as they are hyper focused on doing the best of their abilities. 

Once finished with the nails, they massage your hands with a lotion and then add cuticle oil to stimulate nail growth. 

And the best part of the whole experience was when they told me that the nails would only be $55. Compared to other nail salons, these types of nails usually cost around $60-$90. 

I would recommend Lux nails because of the good services they provide, and the low price that comes with it.
