by: Alex Coggin Rangers Boys’ lacrosse defeated Nashoba Regional High School yesterday on the turf. The final score was 12-6. Senior Jeremy Lurier and Junior Ryan Baxendale were the team’s leading scorers, with 3 goals each. Yesterday’s victory leaves the Rangers record (8-6)—placing them 6th in the Central Massachusetts League. In order to make the playoffs this season, the Rangers must win at least one of their 5 remaining games. Senior Dean Sudol is not worried. “Our team is coming together as the end of the season approaches, we have it locked up.” The Rangers play away at 4:00 pm this afternoon against North Middlesex Regional High School. They hope to bring home a win to clinch their spot in the playoffs.
